Finished for now. I will go back and smooth out the rough edges and give it some shine. A pottery shard was used to give it some texture.

This is about 12" tall. I am thinking of embedding the blue glass around the top.

I will smooth out the rough edges and do a little polishing.

Next group to be fired. I will do some refining and polishing before they are bone dry and ready to be fired.

New Pottery

Small pot with fluted top. This one is about 8 inches tall.

Decorated with a leaf motif. I inserted blue glass between the flutes

Second pot.

I am going to stamp the rim with a Santee Pottery shard. Which one to choose? 

Selected shard also bamboo.

Still need to smooth and polish.
